Philosophy
Quantity, structure, space and change are the axioms in which I create. My work stems from the empirical observation within; evolving into a physical manifestation in which self-transformation is the primary subject. To me creation is the process of actualization, and the art of reaching one's full potential. This frame work of ideas is a discovery in new patterns and conjectures to establish a universal truth.
I create deliberately and consciously by employing both traditional and innovative techniques - channeling my subconscious to be the architect of creation. From the beginning, the process of arranging materials into symbolic form has contributed to my personal growth and development. Ultimately leading my thoughts into actions. These actions transmute a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment, providing the amenable vehicle for translating my inner vision to an outer reality.
Recently, the focus of my work explores the realm where consciousness exchanges visual information with the spirit of nature. I feel this empowers the reconnection between 'person' and 'place' in harmonious interaction. By echoing and amplifying the geometry in nature , we help to align the resonance of body, mind and spirit with the harmonic frequencies from above and below.
